Hotel Palma Real San Jose , San Jose (San Jose)

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms, although the surrounding area did not offer much. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff going out of their way to assist. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the location was convenient, especially for park visits.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were comfortable and beautiful, there were cleanliness issues and outdated features. The street noise on lower floors and construction noise from across the street were drawbacks. On the bright side, it was really cozy despite the faint smell of mothballs.
